Despite the growing popularity of computers in the home, they
have not yet reached the status of "white goods", that is to say that unlike
your fridge or your washing machine, they will tend to need a little more
maintenance and care. It is an unfortunate fact that PC's can break down for a
bewildering array of reasons. This could be from a failure of a hardware
component within the machine due to simple wear and tear, or it could be from
physical damage, we've even dealt with a lot of computers damaged from
lightening strikes transmitted through the telephone line!
More commonly difficulties are due to a difficulty with with
your operating system (Windows) or corruption to other files or installed
software.
When you give your PC to us you can be assured of the following;

12 month warranty on all new parts

3 month warranty on second-hand parts fitted (if available)

Additionally if you're in Dublin 15, Dublin 7 or south Meath (Clonee,
Dunboyne etc) we will also;

Charge a reduced call-out fee of only €45.00 inc 1st
hours labour. (other areas, €50.00 inc 1st 45 minutes labour)

Collect and return your PC to you FREE where required
